Commission TOS-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. No removal of my watermark shall be made, and you must give proper credit if art is posted. No reposting of my art that does not belong to you or is not a paid commission.
2. Payment MUST be made before art is drawn! However, I can allow payment after, but you will not get a full quality update, and I will have watermarks all over the update photo and will not give you the final till payment is made.
3. Refunds are not available once payment is complete UNLESS i can not complete your commission.
4. If I am uncomfortable with a com, I have a right to refuse/if you give me issues after paying for a com, I have a right to deny you my service and not issue a refund (depending on the issue)
5. Commercial use of my products comes with a fee that is 20% more of the original price,
personal use is okay.
6. Updates are only given when the commission is started all the way till it is finished you will not get any updates till then. but when i do start note i require communication. I do not have a estimated time or date for when your commission will be finished i go with the flow and do this as i go so i do not overwhelm myself please respect my boundaries and do not pester me
7. Please provide a proper reference sheet or art that has flat colors and provide proper detail so when I start the commission, I can properly draw exactually what you want and how your Character looks.
8. Any changes made shall come with a fee if it is requested after rendering this includes if the art is to be changed after it is finished. The fee with be half the base price paid.
9. NSFW REQUIRES PROOF OF AGE IF YOU ARE NEW TO PRUCHASEING A COMMISSION FROM ME.
10. I will NOT draw anything illegal/hateful or bigotry.
11. If I have attempted contact with you regarding an update on your art piece and you have not gotten back in touch, I will put your art aside and move on to another customer till you get back in touch. If I am trying to contact, you for a refund and you do not answer within two weeks. I will no longer consider you eligible for a refund.
12. I do not accept any commissions with a Deadline.

13. All I ask for is patience I am a mother of two and I am not always at my laptop I am not always able to sit down and work on a com 247.
14. i may use your Commission's as a example for my style and art work if you do not wish for it to be posted please let me know!

Adopt rules. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Adopts can be redesigned and altered to how you wish it to look. You may also sell the adopts for the price purchased or add art to it to increase the price!
2. Adopts come with commercial rights, although they do require credit.
3. Please do not claim my designs as your own.
4. If you put a adopt on hold for a week or two weeks and i havent heard from you in that time period ot it has passed and or long expired the adopt will go back up for sale communication is very important to me you can always reclaim it once youve messaged me agian.ORDERING ART OR CUSTOMS OFF ME OR ADOPTS MEANS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO READ THEM
